Terms of sale

Last updated 23 October 2026

These terms cover what we sell at fullyscaled.net/shop: clothing and other printed goods (see Clothing). Our downloads are free for your own use and your club's; the sections below about paying for downloads apply only to downloads bought before 20 October 2026. These terms sit alongside the terms you accept at checkout, and nothing here takes away your rights under consumer law.

Who you're buying from

The products are made by Fullyscaled Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company no. 17483250), registered office 66 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NA. Contact us through our contact form or at hello@fullyscaled.net.

For digital downloads, our checkout is run by Stripe, who act as the reseller (merchant of record) for every order. They take your payment, charge any VAT or sales tax due where you live, and send your receipt. Their buyer terms apply to the payment itself.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds. Any VAT or sales tax due where you live is worked out and shown at checkout before you pay. Your card details go to the checkout provider; we never see them.

Getting your files

As soon as you've paid you're taken to your download page. Bookmark it: the link works again whenever you need the files. If you lose it or it stops working, email us with your receipt and we'll send the files.

Cancelling

Digital downloads are supplied straight away. If you agree at checkout to get the files immediately, you lose the usual 14-day right to cancel once the download is made available. That doesn't affect your rights if a file is faulty (below).

If something's wrong

Every file should open, work and match its description. If one doesn't, email us. We'll fix it or send a replacement, and if we can't, we'll refund you.

What you can do with the files

Buying a product gives you a licence to use it yourself. You can print as many copies as you need for your own use. The Club Match Kit may also be used within your own club. Please don't share, upload, sell or give away the files or anything made from them.

Fishing and DIY builds

Our guides are general advice. Always follow your fishery's rules and put fish safety first. The DIY build guides involve tools, soldering and batteries: follow the safety notes, work carefully and build at your own risk.

Our responsibility to you

We're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or not taking reasonable care. We're not responsible for business losses, as the products are for personal use. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn't allow us to limit.

Clothing, mugs and other printed goods

Hoodies, mugs, stickers and other printed goods are sold by Fullyscaled Ltd directly, with Stripe processing the payment. Each item is made to order by one of our print partners, Printful or Prodigi, and posted to you. We deliver to UK addresses only.

Price and delivery. You pay the price shown plus the delivery charge shown at checkout, which also gives the expected delivery time.

Changing your mind. You can cancel within 14 days of the day your order arrives. Email us first, then send the item back unworn or unused and in its original condition within 14 days of telling us. We refund the item price, and the standard delivery charge if you return the whole order, within 14 days of getting it back. You pay the return postage.

Faulty or wrong. If something arrives damaged, misprinted or not what you ordered, email us within 30 days with a photo and we'll send a replacement or refund you in full, including delivery. You don't need to send faulty items back unless we ask.

Sizing and colour. Hoodies are standard unisex sizes; if you're unsure, email us before ordering. Colours on screen can look slightly different from the printed item.

The legal bit

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK you can bring a claim in your local courts, and if you live outside the UK you keep any protection your local law gives you. We may update these terms; the version that applies is the one shown when you bought.
