Shown to the angler before they pay and printed on their ticket. Refunds are one button on the admin page.

Built so it can’t double-book
The things that go wrong with a group chat are the things PegBooker is designed around.
One calendar for everything
Online bookings, cash bookings and blocked swims all share one calendar, so a swim can never be double-booked.
A 30-minute hold
While an angler pays, their swim is held for 30 minutes so nobody can take it from under them. If they don’t pay, it comes free again.
Nightly backups
Every booking is backed up each night.
A plan B
A “bookings closed” switch for when you need it, and a WhatsApp fall-back plan agreed with you at set-up.

What owners ask first
Do anglers need an app or an account?
No. They open the lake’s link in their phone’s browser, book and pay. The ticket comes by email.
What if the site goes down?
You get a printable list of the next seven days, so you always know who’s due. There’s a “bookings closed” switch, and we agree a WhatsApp fall-back plan with you at set-up.
Can I still take cash?
Yes. Add cash bookings for your regulars from the admin page. They take the swim on the same calendar, so nobody can book over them.
Who holds the money?
You do. Payments go straight into your lake’s own Stripe account, never through fullyscaled. Card details never touch PegBooker.
What about cancellations and bad weather?
Your own rule decides. You tell us the rule at set-up, anglers see it before they pay and on their ticket, and you refund from the admin page when you choose to.
How fast can I start?
