Questions

How do the hoodies, mugs and stickers work?

Everything is made to order by our print partners, Printful and Prodigi, and posted straight to you. Everything is printed in the UK and usually arrives in 2–4 working days. UK delivery is worked out for your order and shown before you pay. We email tracking when it ships.

Can I return an order?

Yes. You can cancel within 14 days of delivery: email us, send it back unworn or unused, and we refund the item price. If anything arrives faulty or misprinted, we replace it or refund you in full, postage included. See our terms.

Are the downloads really free?

Yes. No sign-up and no email address: press the button and the file downloads. Print as many copies as you like for yourself or your club.

What if something doesn't work?

Tell us and we'll put it right.

Can I share the files?

Share the link to the page rather than the file, so friends always get the latest version. Please don't sell them.
